Cold Season Remedies

By MySHadmin - Posted on 10 November 2010

Colds snaps aren't just bad for your tropical landscapes, they're also bad for you if you're not prepared for them.  There's a lot of sniffling going on in Seminole Heights this week and if you happen to be one of them, you can build your own proven remedies without a trip to the drug store.

Over on LifeHacker, a website filled with tips and tricks for improving your own life, there is a detailed article on home remedies that are scientifically proven to work, and some that aren't. The good news is, you probably have what you need in your kitchen already -- salt, honey, and warm water.

Make yourself a cup of hot tea with honey and browse on over.  Even if you swear by the drug isle at Publix, you can always use these remedies to fill in the gaps or hold your over until the store opens.  None of these rememdies have known drug reactions, either, so you can do them concurrently.

Get well soon!
